
Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production Team in a full-time capacity.
Working closely with the Production Manager, Product Development, Raw Materials and our local and international manufacturing partners, this role supports the day-to-day coordination of production to ensure garments are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards and in line with the critical path.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the production process
- Managing production critical paths and monitoring key milestones
- Liaising with onshore and offshore manufacturing partners on production timelines and delivery schedules
- Following up approvals, trims, fabrics and production requirements with suppliers
- Monitoring factory progress and proactively escalating potential delays
- Coordinating production documentation, purchase orders and shipment information
- Working closely with the Raw Materials, Product Development and Logistics teams to support smooth production flow
- Assisting with production reporting and maintaining accurate production records
- Supporting quality outcomes by coordinating factory communication and approvals
- Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiencies
- Providing general administrative support across the Production Team
This is a collaborative and fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem-solving and has a passion for product and production.
About You
- Previous experience in a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant or similar role within the fashion or apparel industry
- Understanding of garment production and manufacturing processes
- Experience working with both onshore and offshore manufacturers is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using AP21 or similar ERP/production management systems (desirable)
