You will play a key role in supporting all functions across the Accounts department, working closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and senior finance staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and assist with data entry into accounting systems
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities and financial administration
  • Support preparation of financial documentation and reporting
  • Assist with internal and external audit processes
  • Maintain organised filing systems and general administrative support
  • Contribute to month-end tasks and reporting activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of financial and company information at all times
  • Support the team with ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

About You

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment.

You will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Degree or Diploma)
  • Approx. 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role or internship
  • Experience using accounting systems (any ERP/accounting software)
  • Practical experience with:
  • Invoice processing
  • Account reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping tasks
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Why Join Us?

  • Great entry point into a growing Finance team
  • Supportive and collaborative environment
  • Opportunity to develop practical accounting skills
  • Exposure to multiple areas of finance and reporting
  • Stable, full-time role with career progression opportunities
