The opportunity

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join HWLE's Darwin office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. In this role, you might be busy with:

assisting partners and other legal staff
using various court filing systems
reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant
preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks

To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

experience with administrative support to partners/executives within professional services
among law student applicants, a minimum 2 years left in your studies (full-time availability is preferred but we are also considering job share among part-time students)
excellent attention to detail
