Joining a supportive and collaborative team as the **Product Compliance Manager**, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing product compliance processes and quality assurance controls. These efforts will minimize risk, support safety and compliance requirements, reduce the impact of incidents, and support speed to market while meeting stakeholder expectations and driving the Bunnings merchandising strategy. You will ensure the prompt delivery of safe, fit-for-purpose, and quality products that meet customer requirements, exceed relevant standards or regulations, and align with Bunnings' internal and commercial expectations.

As the subject matter expert in building product compliance and manufacturing practices, you will influence industry and regulator policy to drive change, educate, and raise awareness among the team, customers, and supply chain.

**You Will Additionally Be Responsible For**

*   Developing and implementing tools, educational training, and awareness materials for Bunnings stores, support teams, and supply chains.
*   Building strategic networks with key stakeholders, government, industry, and experts.
*   Driving process improvements to guide merchandising strategy and ranging decisions.

**About You**

You are an experienced compliance professional, a critical thinker, and a problem solver adept at risk-based decision-making. You have the ability to interpret complex data, standards, regulations, specifications, and test reports. Highly organized with great attention to detail, you excel at working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. Your strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills, coupled with excellent presentation and communication skills—both verbal and written—have earned you a solid reputation in your career.

**You Will Additionally Have**

*   Tertiary qualifications in Quality Assurance, product development, engineering, or a relevant discipline are essential.
*   Postgraduate tertiary qualification in risk management or compliance is desirable.
*   Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or consumer product compliance, or equivalent experience in a related field.
*   High-level understanding of current AU/NZ product regulations and standards.
*   Demonstrated understanding of product risk management methodologies.
*   Strong knowledge of contemporary consumer product safety issues and risks.
*   Working knowledge of product design standards, QA/QC protocols, and incident responses.
*   Familiarity with the National Construction Code, National and State (AU/NZ) Mandatory product standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice.
*   Specialized knowledge of building product-related quality and compliance requirements.

Product Compliance Manager - Building & Construction

We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager role to join the team at our Melbourne office, looking after the delivery of Gunns Gully Rd Interchange. **This position is being recruited as a 2 year contract.The Opportunity - About the Role**

Reporting into the State Lead, Project Management, you will be part of the highly regarded VIC Civil/Land Project Management team and will concentrate your expertise on the procurement and delivery of the Stockland funded and delivered Highway Interchange on behalf of State Government. You will provide specialist construction expertise during all stages of delivery and promote best practice project and program management advice across the project.

As a Project Manager aligned to our Project Management business unit you will be a subject matter expert, helping to facilitate and drive the delivery of this key piece of State Level Infrastructure. This is a multi-faceted position that will enable you to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders across our business and with our key business partners.

**Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

*   Provide specialist project management tools, resources and advice to support the delivery of the Gunns Gully Interchange on the Hume Freeway.
*   Participate as key business partner in the delivery of project profit targets.
*   Facilitate, manage and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with Development Managers, authorities, consultants and contractors to realise cost savings.
*   Achieve project construction milestones across the project’s life cycle.
*   Demonstrate innovation to create financial benefit for the project.
*   Manage and contribute to relationships with key stakeholder groups in collaboration with the Development Manager including the contractors, consultants, approval authorities to achieve required business outcomes and in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland – refer RACI model.
*   Ensure the delivery of project management expertise is in a manner that creates a sustainable product and incorporates CR&S and HS&E principles.
*   Attend and contribute to the State leadership team for Civil/Land Project Management.

**About You**

We are seeking someone with strong bridge and highway construction delivery experience with broad knowledge of construction practices and great stakeholder management skills. Previous exposure to MRPV/State Government Infrastructure projects considered an asset. The ideal candidate will also possess:

*   Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive relevant industry experience
*   Civil Engineering, Construction Management background, or similar
*   Heavy civil experience preferred – roads, bridges, highways etc.
*   Extensive experience managing and delivering significant civil infrastructure on behalf of private and public entities
*   Strong ability to lead, drive and motivate contractors and consultant teams to achieve program milestones and development objectives
*   Proven ability to succeed in navigating and planning complex large infrastructure project delivery
*   Proven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contracts
*   Strong networks of consultant, authority and contractor stakeholders would be advantageous

Senior Project Manager - Civil Infrastructure

As an entry-level **Technical Officer** based in **Clayton, Victoria**, you will report to the Technical Customer Support Group Leader. You will provide technical expertise to the manufacturing and sales teams to support existing products and use this expertise to help develop and introduce new products. Responsibilities

*   Analyse and resolve Architectural product colour problems.
*   Modify tint formulae of current colours to improve colour match.
*   Formulate and develop tint formulae for new colours as requested by Marketing and Sales team.
*   Provide technical advice on colour to sales, marketing, and customers
*   Produce sales aids.
*   Support the marketing team with developing new colour collateral materials.
*   Maintain the database of colour tint formulae for the tinting platform in stores
*   Conduct testing and verification of alternate sources of raw materials, and issuing specifications.
*   Optimize formula process times and quality
*   Maintain and improve existing products

Qualifications

*   Bachelor of Science or equivalent with a chemistry major
*   Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the surface coatings industry gained in product development and technical service
*   Knowledge of paint technology and relevant paint application processes
*   Presentation and report writing skills
*   Experience with experimental Design
