Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Leader is an on-site role based in Rose Bay, NSW, responsible for shaping and maintaining OROSI’s visual identity across digital and print mediums. This role leads the creative development of brand campaigns, marketing materials, and presentation assets that reflect the company’s luxury positioning and design-driven ethos. Day-to-day tasks include concept development, graphic design, layout and typography, art direction for photography and video, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. The role also involves guiding junior designers, managing external creative vendors as needed, and ensuring all visual content adheres to high standards of craftsmanship and consistency.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, including brand identity, layout, and typography, with a portfolio showcasing luxury or design-led work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with motion or UX tools is advantageous).
Experience leading creative projects, providing art direction, and mentoring design team members or freelancers.
Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate architectural, lifestyle, and wellness concepts into compelling design solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, including presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in luxury real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands is highly regarded.
Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
