Anatomy IT is seeking a Value-Based Care Account Support Specialist who is ready to work with new, emerging technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking healthcare information technology organization that’s always pushing boundaries. You’ll be joining a small team working at the forefront of healthcare quality and compliance – helping to solve challenges faced by many medical practices across the United States that impact both physicians and patients. In this role, you will work with a Value-Based Care Advisor and the Senior Analyst, Team Lead. You will work with the Advisor to onboard our clients and manage existing accounts. This role is remote, but the company operates on the Eastern Time Zone workday for all communications and meetings. **Responsibilities**

*   You will work to ensure the client's success by conducting and analyzing audit findings from reviewing Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and/or Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting program (ASCQR) data sources
*   Responsible for determining & communicating area(s) for improvement in the compliance program for the client
*   Preparing reports used to educate the client
*   Ability to navigate an electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) platform to determine how an area of a compliance program is documented and identifies sources of decreased performance

**EDUCATION & EXPERTISE**
