**About You** To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, as well as the following: Essential Experience:

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   Lead and manage complex rehab equipment trials, including powered wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, power assist devices, and scripted/custom commodes.

**Required Expertise & Experience:**

*   A qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy is highly desirable, with extensive experience in assistive technology and complex rehabilitation equipment.
*   Expertise in powered wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, power assist devices, and scripted/custom commodes.
*   Experience in sales within the healthcare industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumables) with transferable skills into assistive technology.
*   Strong clinical judgment with the ability to assess needs, trial, script, and recommend solutions tailored to individual requirements.
*   Excellent business development skills, with a proven ability to manage key accounts, generate new business, and meet revenue targets.
*   Current AHPRA Registration (if applicable), with relevant industry experience and qualifications.

**About The Role** Reporting to the Logistics and Warehousing Manager, you will be responsible for all the despatch operations at the Geelong Wire Mill and the coordination of our interstate warehousing and logistics functions. You will ensure that the deliveries are despatched within deadlines and promote a continuous improvement culture. **Your Responsibilities Will Include**

*   Lead and motivate the despatch team through expertise and action
*   Identify process and safety improvement opportunities
*   Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
*   Conduct audits, stocktakes and training in relation to warehouse processes and procedures
*   Coordinate the duties and activities of crew members to implement despatch plans in adherence to the despatch schedules

Duties of the Grade 2 Hybrid Angiography CT Radiographer/MIT include

*   Undertake additional responsibilities to a Grade 1 Radiographer/MIT including being available for reasonable overtime, working night shift and on call as part of the 24/7 'ABC roster'.
*   Independently operate all diagnostic imaging equipment including information communication systems.
*   Produce high quality medical images using valid request forms following the principles of ALARA. This includes utilising specialist knowledge/experience to perform complex Angiography procedures, CT interventional procedures, and independently managing busy patient worklists.
*   Correct identification of patients using 4 step model consisting of: (i) verification of patient information, (ii) matching information against request form, (iii) timeout, (iv) post procedure confirmation of an acceptable image including correct positioning and presentation (side markers, orientation).
*   Escalating faults or issues with Angiography, Hybrid Angiography CT units to the Grade 3 or 4 supervisor, Chief Radiographer, and/or logging faults with vendors.
*   Utilise specialist knowledge/experience in any of the specialist modalities or areas of additional responsibilities such as CT, digital subtraction radiography (DSA), mammography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), radiology information system (RIS) or quality assurance activities
*   Supervise other medical imaging staff including clinical supervision of Grade 1 radiographer/MITs.
*   Supervise and train medical imaging students
*   Provide high quality safe care to consumers and implement the Barwon Health values in daily duties.
