You&apos;ll be the backbone of administrative support across the NI CORP business operations, ensuring our leaders and teams can operate effectively and efficiently. Providing high quality administrative operational support as well as exceptional customer service for our internal and external stakeholders, you&apos;ll manage competing priorities, coordinate key business activities, and help maintain the smooth day to day running of our offices. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You&#x2019;ll bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong working relationships and support stakeholders at all levels, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and discretion across all documentation, reporting and correspondence. You take initiative, are confident navigating competing demands, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with advanced capability across the Microsoft Office suite preferred but not essential. This is a 10-month, full-time secondment opportunity based in either our Newcastle or Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility available once fully trained.
